4.) As suggested by another member, to make it as fair as possible, no winner can win two months in a row, even though his or her picture may be superb. This challenge is for people who enjoy taking pictures, or are learning the talents of photography.

I wont keep this rule for next month though.

Photography should be fun, not trying to win some stupid competition on a message board
