its not true, i think sti is not worth the money, they are no doubt awsome cars, but compared to the evo the sti is not internally updated like how the evo is in every aspect, watch some of the videos on youtube about evo's vs sti's you'll see evo's get faster and faster and more grippy, where as an sti dosen't but then sti's are more reliable, i don't know about the new evo's though, with the warranty they give who cares.
but for almost 50g's i could see what you mean, you could get somthing else exotic, but with cars like evo's and sti's they are all round fun perfect for canada, through summer and winter snow, you can have fun in them all year round.

evo's and sti's are rally cars, not street racers.lol the young kids of today think everything is supposed to be like fast and the foolish.lol
everything has its place, you can't compare a evo to the likes of a porsche.
oh btw when i say exotic, it dosent have to be new, it could be older, exotics are RARE, look it up in the dictionary, not necessarily ferrari or porsche.

evo and sti is not for everybody....however alot of people tend to think they really want one cuz the ad said 300+ hp lol. the ride is harsh and the fuel consumption is excessive....which is part of appeal for cars with their roots in rally racing.
the price is rediculous given our dollar...you can get the same car in US for 1/3rd lesser price im sure. having said that...these will fly off the lots cuz we know alot of people are sold the moment you tell them HP numbers lol.

I would love have one for the performance, eventhough I've read they are slower then some of the previous generations.
But, a very aggressive and flamboyant car like and EVO or STI isn't really me. I'd much prefer a stealthy BMW 335i.

I wasn't asking to be flamed Forsale I would think that a evo would be able to keep up with a supra, rx-7 or any other jap super car except for a skyline.
Now I'm just going to put it out there If you have see any top gear shows you will see the previous gen evo mr was bullying a lambo on a closed race track
The lambo was drivin by a professional touring car driver and the evo was being driving by the tv show host
For the value i think the evo is awesome not because of it's looks but what it is capable if it were a porsche or a evo I think the evo would give it a good run for far less money.
And I was only putting an opinion out and still am Forsale

Considering that the GSR trim level is $41,498 it could be a good deal. But over $50k for the top model is too much!
