even if the car was was sold to her at the regular MSRP she still didnt go into the dealership to buy a car right? and someone mentioned that she was shopping around for cars and prices at other dealerships...

she knew what she was doing in regards to car shopping, but the dealer should not have charged her more for the vehicle.

i mean, when she signs the papers dont they have a price?

Orangeville Article: Licence to sell frozen

Wow! I just read the article, and because of the actions of the two employees the owner may have is license revoked as well. Now he is in the process of selling the Suzuki he owns in Pickering. Damn; Karma is a fat bitch!

She wasn't car shopping. After she bought the car, she was confused and went to other car dealerships to see if the price she paid was comparable.

Here is Justice!

This is exactly what kind of steps should be taken in situations like this. Rather then dismissing this woman because of one general flaw they had the intelligence to seek deeper into what else is wrong with this dealership.

Well done Mazda! I'll have to keep this thread to shut up people who complain about there not being justice or how one person can make a change.

You are correct! But I honestly think the owner was smiling and laughing too until the lady went through the proper routes to get justice for herself. I doubt that he had zero idea about all the actions that has been going on at his dealerships. The BBB gave his "Orangeville Mazda" a "D" rating due to all the customer service related issues that has been reported in the past. That was also taking into account when Mazda head office shut him down.

It is the responsibility of the owner to know what is going on in his/her own store. If they don't, they are not doing their job. Simple as that.
