Wiper washer problem
Well I let the wiper washer reservoir run dry for a couple days and when I put new fluid in it just wouldn’t spray?? I’m hoping it’s just frozen but I’m preparing for the worst. So I was looking around the reservoir and I can see a motor on top of the reservoir but in my service manual it shows it at the bottom of the reservoir and you have to take the bumper off to get at it. Which is it and does any one have some hints or tips at fixing this

Motor's on the bottom.... Do you hear the motor trying to spray? If so, then the motor's probably fine.. Get the car into a garage and leave it for a bit..
If the motor's gone then like Nash said, you can out the driver side wheel well lining and it's right there.
