B18a oil pump onto a B16a?

will the B18a oil pump fit a B16 a motor?

i could be wrong, but why put a non vtec oil pump in a vtec motor, im pretty sure there different !!!!!!!

it will work but it wont give u high enough oil pressure for vtec, when u build a ls/vtec for example u put a vtec oil pump in the place on a nonvtec oil pump, it will fit but it wont work to any advantage u will save money? but u wont get high enough oil pressure
