i dont know much about amps i tried researching but it all sounds liek chinese lol but anyways i have 2 12" subs 800W max and 350 rms each and my amp recently broke so i wanted to get this

im going to give the subs to my friend but would this be a good choice

im not looking to spend an arm and a leg i just want a little more boom when listening to my music

• Amplifier: 500W continuous power @ 4 ohms, bridged
• Amplifier: 300W x 2 @ 2 ohms RMS
• Amplifier: 200W x 2 @ 4 ohms RMS

if you have the amplifier bridged it would push the subs you have decently. but im just going by the specs, i have never used or even heard a setup using insignia stuff.

i forgot, the subs will be seeing 250rms each, considering the subs are both 4ohm and you have it wired up correctly to 8ohm so the amp sees 4ohm on each side.

hmmm .. what subs do you have now? i can tell you that insignia is bestbuy's house brand and mostly anything would be better (IMO, as i worked at fs mobile). if you already have 2 good subs, it would just be better to invest in a good amp, and direct your buddy to that buy lol
