i don't work overtime whereas my predessor would put in about 5-10 hours a week.
they no longer require a consultant every other weekend.
the quality of service and comfort levels of management regarding IT have both largely increased.
doesn't matter how many hours I work. The less an IT person has to work, the better a job he/she is doing.

(Busy Days) 3 Hours
(Regular Days) 2 Hours
lol this is based on a regular work day .. 8-9 hours days ..
basically as Mr.Fee said .. the less work i have to do the better job im doing .. once i look busy i dont get harassed

about 6 hours of that is real working, the other 3 i'm on lunch or looking like i'm working and working hard i might add. There are times when it's nothing but work but at by the end of the day all my shyt is done. That's why my boss, owner's son, is cool with me and doesn't bust em.

Well lets see, by law the it's a 38 hr. work week, and lunch is 1-3. So I should be working between 8-1 and 3-6, I prob. work 4 hrs a day. I love the laid back atmosphere in Europe! Oh yeah everyone is intitled to a min. 4 weeks paid vac. plus 15 sick day's
