What to do with CD faceplate?

Hey guys. I just wanted to get some opinions on what to do with my CD player faceplate. I find that putting it in my pocket everywhere I go is kind of annoying (b/c of my cell and my palm). What do you guys do? Is it a safe idea to just take it off and put it in the glove compartment? Or maybe just put it under the seat? Let me know what you guys think.. and stories bad or good..

those are the two worst places to put em.....when my car got broken into they took some cd's under the seat and in the glove compartment....luckily i always take my fceplate with me...and yea its a hassle with a palm and a phone ...take it with you or hide it somewhere else...

The best thing to do is to take it with you but since that can be a hassle what you can do is put it in your trunk. Since you have a sedan, you might have a lock on the lever that opens your trunk. So if your car does get broken into they can't get to your trunk that easily. Remember that if they want to get into the trunk they'll have to rip your back seats open (which takes a some time, not easy if they are not prepared), or they'll take your car.

I didn't know that they sold decks without faces (i.e. obviously stolen). Which cash converters are you referring to?

and

*ProEuropean Handbag

All of the goodies from the Euro Handbag but souped up for your PDA and its necessities. This hard sided, armored pouch is the most versatile thing going

And this one should be big enough for all your stuff......

Ok, if ya put it that way.
If someone wants your stuff that bad ... your gonna lose your stuff anyway so might as well leave the faceplate under the seat.

get a school bag or a hockey bag (there... that's less "homosexual") and put it in there.... either that or build a secret compartment in your trunk... where you spare tire is and put everything in there.

Yeah, I was thinking of putting it in my backpack (at least while I'm at school) and building some sort of a secret compartment in the arm rest area only accessible by a key..

But thanks for the info, guys.

When my bro's car was broken into:cry:  the face was inside the house and the stupid people used a flathead screwdriver and jammed it in the deck, I guess they figured that if they could not have it noone could.
