seat threads disasterrr

guys
the right side threads on the right rear of my drivers seat(when sitting in the car) threads are stripped... ;s.. i have 3 out of the 4 bolted in.. but the seat moves a bitt

i have 3 ideas in mind
1) get it welded, BUT then the seat is stuck there ;s
2) get a longer bolt.. drill a hole through the chassis .. use a washer and nut then black asphalt on top
3) get it re-threaded

what do you guys thinkk
