Hey.. I want to paint my dash, and other stuff.. such as door handle, etc...

I was just wondering what's a good paint that I can use.. I want the color to be some what silver, or white..

any suggestions on paint? and where can I grap it?

VHT plastic/vinyl paint. Dunno where to get it in the GTA cuz I live in Windsor. I highly recommend making a very careful colour choice. I have seen many people do the white or red thing on the interior back in the late 90s, and they are kicking themselves in the **** now, cuz you know how much replacement panels are at the dealer? And do you know how ghetto it looks when the paint chips? I did an accent colour on my gray dash...a nice factory look....you guessed it....FLAT BLACK. 4 years later, and I don't regret making that choice. It's a subtle touch only another Civic owner could see.

TAMIYA Paint and Primer from Pacific Mall....or almost any hobby shop for that matter...good for small jobs...kinda expensive but painting interior parts isnt something you want to go cheap on. The paint is very thin and applies nice and evenly.

hey 98civicsi, did you just paint it and dat for it?.. did you also apply clear coat to it?.. and how many times..

yea... bbarbulo... I think i will have to think twice before starting to paint with a color i want.... Idon't wanna choose a wrong color either.....

600 GRIT SANDPAPER TO REMOVE BIG SCRATCHES
1500 GRIT SANDPAPER TO SMOOTH THE ENTIRE SURFACE
1 NICE COAT OF PRIMER THAT COVERS EVERYWHERE
THEN LIKE 4 LIGHT COATS OF PAINT
I DIDNT USE CLEARCOAT CAUSE IT WOULD LOOK TO SHINY
