Exclamation Inside Leaking!

well after it rains there seem to be water inside my dash on the left hand side. I have a 4th gen. When you first get in the car there is nothing but as soon as you start to drive the hidden water comes out of the bottom of the steering column. i cant seem to find the leak. there is water around the sunroof switch and around the vent on the right. Water only seem to leak in when the vent control is all the way to the left. when it is all the way to the right water does get in the car unless the rain is VERY heavy like last night. is it a leak in the windshield or the vent? anyone ever have this or know about it????? Thanks

I've heard of a similar problem with the 5th gen Civics but not on the 4th gens. The problem with the 5th gens is that the water does not drain properly at the bottom of the windshield and leaks inside just like your problem. Might want to check the drainage holes at the base of your windshield to see if they are plugged.
