Horrible Engine Noise

Horrible Engine Noise
I have a 03 Civic LX; it's fully loaded, and has some wonderful engine noise. It's to the point where you can't have the stereo on if you’re driving the car.
I'm really just looking for ideas on my next step.
All my speakers in the car are run off an MTX amp. I have taken out all other components to simplify troubleshooting.
The noise only occurs when the engine is on, and get much worse when the light or AC is turned on.
Every major ground point on the car has been replaced, the battery has been replaced, the head unit has been replaced, and the amp has been replaced. All the RCA cables have been replaced.
The entire stereo has been put together outside the vehicle, with its own leads straight from the battery, positive and negative, and the noise is still there. We then disconnected if from the battery, and connected to my friend’s car, and there was no issue.
Just to make sure it wasn’t a ground problem, we ran a negative line from the battery to the back of the car.
So I think I’m at the point where it is a mechanical issue, and I’m wondering what part I replace next. I’m thinking of swapping out my alternator.
Anyone else has any suggestions of what I could do. Or another troubleshooting step that I have over looked.

Hi,
I am sure that if you take your car to any of the affiliates on this Board that we can find the problem for ya.
To me it does sound like a wiring issue
That is what we are all experienced in
Thanks
