Horn Relay ?

Horn Relay ?
Hi guys
Just got myself a 1996 CX. Is there a 'horn relay'? The horn itself does work when I bench check it, no blown fuses found, buttons seem to check out fine. I checked the shop manual and it shows a horn relay on the upper right side of the under dash fuse panel, BUT I can't see one. If a relay exists what does it look like.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

omg me too.. my horn doesn't freggin work and its damn annoying
no click as well... i had that problem on 2 of my past cars and my current car.. i have bad luck on having horns..
my last car i just made my custom button for a horn but its just not as JDM!!! hahahaha
