Horn Relay ?

Hi guys
Just got myself a 1996 CX. Is there a 'horn relay'? The horn itself does work when I bench check it, no blown fuses found, buttons seem to check out fine. I checked the shop manual and it shows a horn relay on the upper right side of the under dash fuse panel, BUT I can't see one. If a relay exists what does it look like.
Any help is greatly appreciated.:shrugs:

do you hear a clicking on the passenger side when you press the button?

No, there is no clicking sound. Just silence.

omg me too.. my horn doesn't freggin work and its damn annoying
no click as well... i had that problem on 2 of my past cars and my current car.. i have bad luck on having horns..
my last car i just made my custom button for a horn but its just not as JDM!!! hahahaha
