GSR or 1.6EL seats into an EK

GSR or 1.6EL seats into an EK
I'm looking to grab front and rears for my EK and was just wondering how easy are they to install (both the GSRs and the 1.6s).
Do they fit in perfectly or do I need to work with it?
Also, an approximate price would be greatly appreciated.

Fronts are the easiest, just swap the inner EK rails on to the GSR or 1.6 EL seats.

EL seats bolt on for the fronts
GSR seats bolt on too for 3 bolts 1 bolt hole wont so if you want the added security swap rails.
rear seats need modifying but its very easy.
