gauges don't light up.

The other night, I was driving, when all of a sudden my gagues stopped lighting up. They still work, but no light. My headlights still work when I turn the **** but the lights for my gagues don't. Does anyone know how to fix this, or what the problem mey be. I'm thinking either a loose wire, or blown fuse. Thanks

Sounds like it just the fuse had blown. It happend to me 2 weeks ago. Just replace the fuse and you'll be fine!

It can be a fuse problem, if your headlights are working fine. Or it could be a loose wire, check both. Wrap electrical tapes on the wires so they don't become loose. My dash fuse is in a box located below the steering wheel, EK7 2000. Look at the back of the fuse cover, it will tell you which one is the fuse that regulates the gauge.

80% sure is the dimmer switch

a very common problem on 5th Gen

Try to swap the switch with your friends and see if that's the problem.

If so, don't go honda to buy new one, they will rip you off.
Check out Ebay first.

Thanks guys, I fixed it already. It was just the fuse. It was wierd though, cuz the light went out, when I was going around a corner really fast, so I figured that the inertia might have pulled a wire out or something, but I guess it was just coincidence.
