changing inteiror speakers 6th gen

well ,hte fronts take 6 1/2///so i buy a pair and they don't fit....so if anyone wants em..they are mtx adn htey sound great...i am selling them for less than half of what they are worth...i want 40 dollars...for 2 ....plastic dome ,2 way speaker..

also ,i bought a pair of 5 1/4 alphine speakers ,and they are too small........but i got fed up, and drilled em in.....all teh mess is covered with the speraker cover...

but on the passenger side, the origional speaker is find of fucked....looks wierd the wiring..teh wires are wired into a clip ,instad of pluging the wiress to the back ,i need to clip them in...how can i change it

i fit 6.5's in mine, all you need to do is cut away some of the plastic

they probably dont fit cause the magnet is too deep, either make some speaker spacers outta mdf or cut away the plastic where the magnet goes.

and the speaker on the right isn't fucked, all stock speakers are 'clipped' in, the wires aren't just attached....

So you should be getting 6 1/2 for 6th gen?? I had the same problem where the magnet was too big....

ya i got the mtx..u wanna buy em...i put in alphines...they are great for now...5 1/4

small but they are clear and loud...
