5th gen front lip on 6th gen
#3
I know the 6th Gen requires a bigger (longer lip) than the 4th Gen cars.
I've seen 6th Gen Lips that have been modified (shortened) to fit a 5th car.
So unless you want to somehow buildup or extend the lip to fit a 6th gen....
*Maybe cutting in the middle and adding another piece there as an insert and patching it together, or adding pieces to the end*
Kinda tough...
Are you looking for a stock 5th gen lip, because those are pretty plain looking, and you can find replicas that fit.
BUT my guess is that theres some dude selling a 5th gen lip and you have a 6th gen car and you're doing your homework

well my idea was to get a 92-95 front lip and put it on my
'00 civic si. i have a friend that can paint it for me to match so.....
and i was planning on grabbing one from the junkyard. yeah it does look kind of plain but i don't have money for a body kit yet so im just going for a more subtle look for now. it's not so aggressive like a body kit but it looks sportier. so to finalize my question, will this "idea" of mine work?
