Nice car!
A lot of people like the Apexi WS2 cat-back system. Hear a lot of good things about it.
You can probably youtube it, pretty popular system.
Anything of high-quality stainless will be good and last. How they sound is another story...some are loud and some are quiet, some sound good and some sound horrible. Just make sure it has a resonator. They make a world of difference in making a car sound good. Takes away a lot of the higher frequency/raspy/buzzing sounds.
The other route you could go is by getting a resonator and muffler of choice, buying some piping and fabricating/building the system yourself. How tech-savvy are you?
That's what I did with my 00 SiR. JDM ITR 4-1 header with 2.5" collector, Emico highflow cat, magnaflow stainless resonator, stealthy quiet cherry-bomb turbo muffler (looks stock), all 2.5" piping and cable operated exhaust by-pass for track days (or to anoy the neighbours)... $400 all said and done.
What is your budget?

^^ yeah, most magna flow setups I've heard were on the louder side...
I had a megan racing carbon fiber fart-can with my setup (it looked good I admit...lol), sounded good, but it was just way too loud for daily driving...would give me headaches. Thats why I changed it with a more quiet, stock looking muffler.

yea mine its kind of loud, but only if i rev it high other than that its not too bad... I alot of people that have heard it like it .
However I do have a resonator with my set up, so that makes a big difference

Budget wise, anything under 800, preferably, somewhere half of that to justify the purchase. It depends. I am willing to spend the money, but hear too many mixed reviews. I have been quoted around 700-800 from local shops. (not that I have any connections with anyone, just a few people I have called) I havn't been into the Honda scene for about 6 years. Used to have a 92 Hatch in the teens. Bought a bike, a business car, and then I missed my civic. So i'm just getting back into all this.

Couple things...are you just looking for a good sounding exhaust or to actually gain a few ponies?
Don't put the 3" on unless you are boosted (turbo) it's not necessary and you will lose significant low-end torque. 2.5 is the ideal size for an NA B-series....however, you'll have a 2.5" exhaust system but bottle-necked by the tiny, less-than 2" collector on the factory b16 header (so it will sound nice, but you won't get the benefits of the larger diameter piping)...If you do buy this setup, get it with the cat, you'll have some money left over to find a decent used header for $100-200 with a 2.5" collector, then you'll have a full 2.5" system which will not only sound better, but make a few more hp in the midrange and top end.
