Tokico Illumina's for a 92-00 civic, will they fit a 88-91 hatch?

also will springs for 96-00 fit it or nope?

thanks

fronts u will need to use the 92-95 civic forks cuz the the shock tube is too big for the 88-91 fork...for the rears ur gonna have to space the shocks on the control arm with washers

Similar to when i but ITR coilovers on my car... The front shocks are larger in diameter. I had my forks bored the right size, but not everyone has access to the Dofasco machine shop for free!

so just some washers for the rear to close the gap where it connects to the LCA (had to do this with my EL anyways) and buy some 92-95 front forks for the front shocks to work? the stock EF ones too short i'm guessing?

i already have the illumina's so it'd be easier to keep em then buy another shock. i've also got h&r sports but 1.75"F/1.5R would be alot less i think on a car that weights 300-400lbs less, so i'll just get new springs meant for the weight of the EF. H&R sports 1.9"F,1.8"R

get some forks from the junkyard for like 50bucks...washers in the rear (stainless steel preferably)...springs, I'd get some 4th gen specific ones for proper spring rates and whatnot

the forks arent too short, just the bore of the portion where the shock mounts is too small to accomodate the shock tube
