wat type of gains can i get from these camshafts?

the exhasut cam on the ctr has liek 2-3 more degrees of duration I believe...anyway you wont' see to much of gains form it...get a good header and exhaust then a VAFC then some cam gears then get the cams so you can tune it all and get the max outta everything

correction...exhaust cams on ctr itr are identical..the intake cam on ctr has a 3ish degree of more lift..
12 whp? from type r cams....i like the sounds of that...but what other mods did u have??? i have jdm gsr....i want cams i am prolly gonna stay oem and get ctr cams springs retainers....

12 whp on a gsr wont' happen..maybe 5-8 whp what other mods did you have hondata..??afc??? cam gears?? what kind of header etc..?? gsr has slightly aggressive cams to begin with so ctr cams with a vafc and cam gears tuned to perfection might make 10 whp maybe......but that seems radiculous to me
