Performance Gains / Benefits between these injectors..

DSM blue tops

vs

550cc high impedance RC injectors

What benefits will the 550cc high impedance RC injectors provide over a set of DSM blue tops

my power goals will be met adequately with DSM blue tops
250whp 13psi ...

In the end is it really worth spending $310 on newer style high impedance injectors? when I have perfectly working DSM blue tops?

The problem I find with the DSM blue tops is that they're usually from some unknown source with who-knows how many km's on them.

Injectors with a lot of typically have some build-up accumulate in them which can cause the flow of each injector to vary some, which can cause an inconsistant air/fuel ratio between cylinders.

New injectors are nice b/c they're new and are all supposed to flow to within 1% of each other. They're also nice b/c you can get high impedance which won't require a resistor box.

You can get the DSM's flow tested and sonically cleaned for about $20-30 per injector but by the time you buy some DSM's and get em flow tested you've almost spent as much as a new set of some precision 450-550's

Just wondering what I can get out of 440cc precision injectors.
max boost/power wise

going to be running a t3 50 trim
on a built low comp d16z6

It depends on the AFR, the tune, and the fuel pressure as to how much boost/power you can get out of the 440's.

I've made as high as 350whp on 440s, but wouldn't recommend using them to make that much, i'd say 300-320whp is safe. When maxing out injectors they can produce inconsistant AFR's, among other issues.
Technically over 80% duty cycle is considered maxed out.
