Ive done a rear trailing arm swap on a CRX.

Its not hard. Just dont break the bolts off the suspention parts.

He meant the Type S suspension won't fit.

91 crx, u will need type R LCA or 88 crx LCA or JDM 90-93 teg LCA to make the Type R suspension work

I have Type R coilovers in my car! I had to replace the rear LCA's and the front front fork. The shocks are a larger diameter so you need a different fork on the front. Supposedly you could use a 92-95 one but i just had mine machined bigger.

^^ Well, they ride nice, i like the 24 way damping adjustment and I got a real good deal on the TEIN HA's. That and I get to say i have ITR suspension.

does it ride higher than the regular EF suspension? What is the exact mod required to make it fit correctly?

it will physically ride higher but you can lower it down with the perches, ITR shocks are also larger diameter piston vs civic/crx.

In order to get the coilovers to fit i need to bore out the front forks (or i could have got different ones) and use ITR rear LCA's. Otherwise everything bolted up.

didnt you already ask this question on another forum or maybe im seeing deja vu lol. Im not sure it can work, the RSX uses struts. Also added the 5 lug etc its going to increase your unsprung weight by a large amount......why the heck would you need those brakes for? there are far better options out there

not if u putting a fast motor in and need more stoping power and dont care abou the lil extra weight and love the white itr rims!!
