Type R AC Question

Hey guys

I 'm doing an engine swap this week. It's a B18C5 going into a 2000 Civic Si. My question is regarding the AC compressor on the B18c5 motor. Do I have to refill the refrigerant oil in the compressor? What type of refridgerant oil should I use?
I am having a shop drain the freon in my existing ac system, and holding it until I have the swap done. Then recharge my system with the freon, once everything is back together. Does anyone have experience with this?

R134 refridgerant. It'll be nice to replace the seals if the system is a few years old, and you don't use it often.
