wat is the highest PSI that i can run a stock b16 at without damaging the motor

with good tuning 12-13psi.
I've personally tuned stock b16s to 12psi before with no problems, and its still running strong.
Depends a lot on the turbo too. 12psi out of a .46 trim T3 is a lot different than 12psi out of a .70 trim T4.

pft you could max out a t25 at 16psi and it woudl still be fine, inefficient but fine.
