Tokico Blues

I have the tokico HP kit (blues)
i went with this for a mild 1.5 drop and comfortable but decent handling...
but now i want a more aggressive steering feedback and a lower drop.

on a budget. can i achieve both by just changing springs (to say H&R sport)?
