tire fittment and size

tire fittment and size

ive got a 2 inch drop on my EK, im just wondering for 15 " rims will the size 185/65/15 be too big and will it rub or am i ok? wat size will be better?

205/50/15 would be better. Lower and wider.

but would the 185/65/15 fit? like would it rub the fenders ?

It would look like shlit..

195/55/r15 is the correct size.

195/50/r15 would work as well.

205/50/r15 might rub depending on rim offset?

What rim?

the best fit for your ek on 15" rims would be a 195/55 tire and according to the tire calculator this plus one size would only give a difference of 0.09% compared to stock -- very minimal.

i know but the tires are already on the rims and it says the diameter difference is too big..should i even bother with them ?

does anyone want to trade tires? i need 195/55/15

i have 185/65/15

its an sir rims by the way

i put these 185 tires on and when i turn hard i think they are rubbing ? why would they rub the tire is the same widteh as stock so is it rubbing the top part of the fender or where is it rubbing against ?


this is dangerous right? i want to fix this assap

Alignment could be off. My 205's didn't rub, so 185's shouldn't.

do you have stock shocks? if so they might be blown and allow the spring to compress to much when turning and thats why you rub

it maybe be the aligment but would that solve the problem? does the 65 series height make it rub?
