Tearing Down a B series

Well I started dismantaling my B18A1 and so far the head looks really clean suprisingly. I took a couple pics and im gonna keep taking em along the process eventhough they will come out crap with my phone cam.

Right now i have hte valve cover off, timing belt removed and the caps for the camshafts are all loose. I have hte exhaust side completely off but im having trouble with the intake side. Some of the caps are like SUPER stuck, any suggestions on how to get them off?

Finally got the head off by using a long bar to get more leverage. This is where i need a damn engine stand cause i cant remove the oil pan or anything with it sitting on the ground.

I cant wait to put this thing back together myself.

hehhe that would be cool. What you doin to your B18A1? Im not sure what to do with it. I think a small turbo setup is gonna be too much money so im thinking deck the head and use some ITR pistons or whatever to bump up compression?

heheh yeah im prolly painting my block black and the head black aswell and then the Valve Cover I wanna do navy blue cause thats the color im planning on painting the car. Sounds gay but for $5 i think painting the block and VC will look nice.

If you dont wanna say publicly what ur setup is gonna be drop me a pm. im just looking for some ideas on what i could do cheaply to my B18A1 to breathe a little life into it.

Turbo would be nice but i dont wanna spend like $1000+ on it plus having it tuned.

yeah says right on the block Jay:P So its a 90-93 teg motor. If its a 92-93 it will have a head very similar to a B1 but i dunno how to tell that out:P.

I might go get an engine stand, im just lazy right now.

So what im looking at doing now is this
-Have the block hone bored to 81.25 or 81.5
-USDM ITR pistons
- B1 cams, B1 IM and maybe B1 head aswell
-cheap 4-2-1 header (possibly homemade)
-3" short ram intake
-taper bore TB to 64 or 66mm
