What model of Civic do you need them for? I have a full set from a 93 Si sitting here in my apartment.

yeah but the stock ones will go and go and go .... reason why is they weren't made to handle the shorter distance I'd suggest some nice after market ones

koni yellows are $502 for the fronts and $502 for the rears (www.speedstate.com)

I think KYB's are slightly less at around $200 per corner.

the difference is not much from what I know.. I believe both are adjustable, and both are made for sport use, not just a replacement shock. do some research, i dont know much about suspension... ask pulovr

the difference between the agx and the yellows is the agx allow you to adjust the stiffness of the shock and thats it. They are designed for a 1.5inch drop MAX. If you put them on a car with a drop greater than that you void your warranty. And believe me they will know if you do.
They yellows allow you to adjust stiffnes but they also have interchangeable perches which allow you to lower the car slightly. They are not height adjustable like a coilover, because you have to remove the shock and perch and put a lower or higher one on. Also, they are capable of handeling larger drops. Like a 2.5 inch drop, and are warrantied for almost any drop.

The general consensus is that yellows are stiffer than agx and are a better shock. I don't have any personal experience with either but when I replace my stock shocks next summer I'll be getting koni yellows.

MY ride is slammed about 2.5" to 2.7" all around. H&R Stage 3 Race Springs with KONI YELLOWs. I LOVE IT! Rides VERY smooth. Doesn't bounce going over various bumps and if it does I hardly feel it. Most of the time its comparable to stock feel while driving. But obviously if you're going over pot holes you are going to feel it as the same if you have OEM shocks. Its all about quality of the shocks and the correct stiffness settings if you want a smooth ride. KONI YELLOWs Well worth the money.
