ok, so i only noticed it since its been cold...

a few times only in the morning after the car has been sitting for like 12-16+ hrs overnight in the cold when i go to start it... i wait for the fuel pump to prime and then turn the key... and it goes to start as in turn over and it just stops like the battery is dead or something... then i try it again and it starts up but with a half a cycle... kinda picks up where it left of and continues...

i kept thinking its my battery cause its only a yr old and has died on me so many times and whenever i go back to speedy they test it and say its fine...

First off stop taking your car to speedy........
Next what year and modle is it????
From the pic it looks like an EK there is a recall on the ignition switch's on those cars. Bring it over to me at Honda and I'll check it out for ya.

i have a b18c1 swapped in there? i assume thats part of the engine so it wouldn't be covered, but if you can warranty it anyway...

Test the battery yourself. Put an analog volt meter to it and have someone crank it for you.

Dying batteries will drop a lot of voltage under load.
