squealing noise....vacuum leak?

I have a 95 civic w/ b16a. Swap was done about a month ago. Now i have a squealing noise coming from under the hood. I think that its a vacuum leak but i can't find it. I tried spraying carb cleaner along all the vacuum lines, throttle body gasket, intake manifold gasket, charcoal canister and can't find anything. The noise goes away as soon as you give it a tiny little bit of gas. The noise also only starts after driving for about 10 minutes.
Anyone have any ideas?

is it pulley or belt whine? remove each belt (don't worry, the car car can run w/o the belts) and see if the noise goes away. don't drive too long w/o the alternator belt though.

its not a belt whine...but i will check the tension of the belts.
Also this noise does not affect performance what so ever...car doesn't hesitate, stall or anything.

Well i got fed up and took it to honda. I paid $100 for them to tell me that they don't know what it is. Also, my car now idles at 1200-1500 rpm. So i paid honda $100 for them to make my car run worse. I went back and told the service advisor, who is a kid younger than i am, but he said his manager went home and so did the tech who worked on my car.
I figured going back to the shop who did the swap, would be a waste of time considering that they ARE NOT licensed technicians. Unfortuneately i had to find this out after paying for them to do a hack job on my swap. Its definately a whistling noise....not a belt noise. The guys at honda replaced a few hoses, cleaned the throttle body, and replaced the air temp sensor seal...and it still does it.
