rpm gets stuck!

Hi.

I have a problem with my engine rpm getting stuck at 2000rpm, when comming out of gear and in neutral. Then I pull on the gas pedal with my foot a little, and it goes down to 600-700, where it should be.

It feels like the pedal is getting stuck or something. Has anybody encountered this problem before?

Its a 2000 B16A2 in a 93 DX.

I did. I used Castle throttle body cleaner, that I got from work. The engine used to choke and die when I put the engine in at the beginning. Then I sprayed this stuff in the throttle body, and vola! It works very well now...

I dont think dirty throttle body is the problem. I looked in it yesterday and it looked good....
