Lightbulb replacing wheel bearing

I need to replace my wheel bearings in the front and i need to know if i could use the bearings from a 01-02 civic. Are they interchangable or not? The part number is 44300-S5A-008 and its a NTN brand. Can anyone help me with this cause i can get a pair brand newbut ill only buy them if itll fit. Im getting the pair for $70, and i believe Honda wants over $100 for each.
