Rear strut bar and lower tie bar?

Any difference between brands at all? I have a Vibrant front tower bar and its been a great...big difference....with rear strut bars and lower tie bars are there any difference's or should I stick with the Vibrant?

For the most part they all do the same thing.....it's really just a personal choice. Some may offer a bit more than others but usually the extra cost doesn't justify it.

Put it this way....
take tires for example...
you could buy motomaster tires from crappy tire instead of the Toyos or Yoko's.....
but
Would you really want to be seen driving around with your civic on 17 inch motomasters?
I think not.....

same thing with the aftermarket mods....names play a bit part.

I have 195/50/15 Pacemakers (motormaster/goodyear)
Cost me just over $300 for all 4 (buy three, get one free) and I'm happy. They look just as good when the tire shine is on them as any other tire.
And I can now pick them up new for $50 each.

A strut is a strut.....any thing is better than nothing at all......

When someone is on a budget.....they take what they can.

ie.....
Spoon rad cap $50 or more.
CT rad cap and a nice rad cap cover....under $20....(I bought the shiny rad cap cover at Pep Boys for $3.99 US when I was in Detroit last year).

You buy what you can afford and what YOU like. Keep to that simple principle and you'll be happy with your car in the end.

But that Skunk2 front strut bar had my mouth . It was SOOOOOOOO light. Around $250.
Ray are you getting it? Get that shift **** too.

Do you have the regular vibrant strut bar, or the Type "V" strut bar?

actually i find the steel ones(ie-Neuspeed) offer greater ridgidity over aluminum ones. the cheaper the bar usually means the cheaper the material. there are various grades of steel and aluminum available. as for rear lower you probably will never notice the difference with it on or off. if you do it is psycological. very few of us have cars that would truly benefit from th rear lower bar. btw i used to work in a fabrication shop and my friend still does so we know about material strength.

PUL OVR- my Yokes will be worth the extra $$ when i'm in that corner and the guy w/cheap tires is guardrail garnish
