Rear disc conversion...will 1990 integra work?

Hey guys, I have a 94 civic coupe si and it has drum brakes in the rear.
I have a friend that is parting out his 1990 acura integra and it has rear discs.
Would I be able to use those rear brakes off the integra and set it up on my civic??

I tried searching but couldn't find anything for 1990 integra brakes

thanks

also:

if the suspension does work, are the integra shocks the same as the civic ones?

EG and EF rear lower control arms interchange, so if it works on an EF it SHOULD work on an EG
