Transparent distributor cap

Just wanted to ask if this is any good having a transparent distributor cap? Thinking of buying the red one unless someone is selling one in the forum..

man... if you going to decorate your car... do something that is VISIBLE, not something under the hood....

the way to pimp under the hood is to have everything in better/cleaner than assembly line condition. I mean, everything so clean you can sleep in the engine bay. red wires, red loom, clear caps... these things just draw attention to a dirty engine. but if your engine is mint, and the bay is clean - that's sexy

hide all wires, re-run them through the frame rails, and under the fenders....when its done they look awsome!

the only reason why i want to pimp my ride under the hood is because i want it to be a low profile for the cops..lol..you know wat i mean?

you can be low profile and still keep junk out of your engine bay... the dist cap has a real and useful purpose, putting on pretty parts instead of functional parts will just cause you grief down the road. in 6 mos we'll see you post "HELP ASAP, car stutters and dies in the most inopportune time (intersection)". and then what'll the cops think of that?
