It will do for now but you definatly will want to upgrade in the future. I was using a 2.25" exhaust on my turbo car @8 lbs for one year. ONe thing I did notice was quicker spool up time once I upgraded.

Your best bet is to go with the 3" it will save you in the long run in case you do eventually decide on going bigger. I started with the 3" on just my B16. Then I decided i needed more boost, so I built my Ls/Vtec Turbo. Never looked back since. You will be better off to go 3". Turbo motors do not require back pressure. With the 3" you will be able to reach upto 500 whp, like weirTech mentioned.

yup 3" is the way to go..........and SIR 2 motor is best to go with cause it is the same OBD1.........

....good luck with the motor swap and turbo....especially the turbo lots of fun
