Your best bet is to go with the 3" it will save you in the long run in case you do eventually decide on going bigger. I started with the 3" on just my B16. Then I decided i needed more boost, so I built my Ls/Vtec Turbo. Never looked back since. You will be better off to go 3". Turbo motors do not require back pressure. With the 3" you will be able to reach upto 500 whp, like weirTech mentioned.
