Proper Wheel Nut Torque?

Hey guys, was re-torquing my front tires (had them switched for drag racing on friday) yesterday when one of my wheel studs broke off!

It didn't feel that tight and I wonder if the stud had already been stretched...

Anybody here know the proper wheel nut torque for a 2000 civic SiR?

Also I hear that improperly torqued wheel nuts can cause brake rotors to warp? I have a brake pulse and I think this could be the problem....
