Price of Exhaust........

I just got off the phone with the guys at ZORO muffler and they quoted me $400 plus taxes for a custom catback 2.25 aluminized pipe with resonator and magnaflow muffler. I think this sounds fair. If anyone has any input, I would appreciate it.

I want to thank all those who contribute to making each other's lives a little easier by suggesting good shop to go to. I called JPG exhaust in Oakville and got a good quote from them too, it's just a little too far for me. Just so everyone knows, the JPG stands for " Just Praise God" Sounds like a fair place to do business.

yeah i got my exhaust done at JPG, i didn't get a resonator tho, which is my own fault, but i can't complain about anything, it's quick and reasonably priced and they do good work!

I am thinking of getting an exhaust, but unlike some people, I don't want the type that will wake up the Prime Minister in Ottawa when I drive down the street in Toronto. I want a nice low rumbling sounds.....and I don't want to loose low or high RPM as a result of it. Any suggestions on what type of exhaust and/or make (and well...where to get it) would be greatly appreciated.

I'm so sure you will looose low end with an exhaust especially on a dx engine, i'm sure i did but not much but then again there sin't much to be gained by an exhaust alone anyways

Apex-i World Sport.

I have this exhaust on my EL and it sounds almost stock in normal low rpm city driving, but also has a nice growl (still not overly loud) when you really hammer it.

I love my DC... it was dead quiet until I added the AEM CAI. It has that nice deep tone to it that sounds unlike most of the other exhausts on the market.

I am no expert, but Ryan's combi of AEM CAI and DC Sports catback sounds ultra cool...
