power steering belt

anybody know how to tighten one in an EK? never tightened one before and would like to know which bolt(s) to look for and how to measure the proper tension. thanks in advance.

the power steering pump pivots forwards/backwards in its bracket. i believe its a 12 mm bolt, the top-most one, you loosen it, and creatively use a pry bar to tension the belt. to "properly" measure tension, you can get a proper tension tool that measures the flex in your belt... but you can eye it, get it tight enough, but not too tight you can sort of feel when its right, its hard to describe
