O2 Sensor gone bad

Werd.... www.clubplug.net/canada
NGK/NTK O2 sensors. Well, I'm not sure, but Honda either uses Nippon-Denso or NGK. but for sure I wouldn't be complaining about an NGK O2 sensor. Just need to find the exact replacement number, which will be a bit more work for you but you do wanna save some cash, right?

My guess is either contaminated when/if a header was installed, or a FPR was installed with inproper tuning. Another one is an ignition failure... all these will make the O2 crap out, but more than likely contamination kills them fast.
