96 civic d 16 motor cranks but wont start ne one have this probkem checked all fusses al ground read voltage . no speark to plugs brand new dizzy installed . need input plz

did you turn it over with one of the plugs grounded to see if it was sparking? i'll assume you did since you claim there is no spark. try taking the distributor cap off and checking the rotor to make sure it is secured properly. also have a look at the ignition coil inside the dizzy to see if there are any signs of it being dead. i know it is a new dizzy, but you never know.
