Tell NAPA to screw themselves. No need for a VIN number for a part. You say I have so and so car. I need so and so part. They give you the part. Go somewhere else.

man... all that sounds way too confusing for a lousy part. and anyways if you did a swap, the honda factory parts wont fit...right?
