ok here are the specs...
size is 15" by 6.5"
offset is +35
tire size when they go back on will be 195-45-r15 kumho 712 (the reason for the 45 series is to make the overall diameter smaller for A) better gear ratio B) more fender well room

i think what i'm going to do is put on the camber kit... which will push the tops of the tires towards the fender... on my 14's i have lots of room though... then put on the lower profile 15's and see where i stand.... it will be close
