mechanical differences...

rick, use the damn search engine,
I know the second gen makes 10 more horsies
prolly more aggressive cam, higher c/r.
you can use the b16 <--1st gen, but will need to change the drivers side (metal mount) to a 3rd gen integra, or civic SIR, and use the hydro tranny, and obd-1 distributor.

no search showed what i wanted to hear...
the first gen b16 i'm looking at is already set up to run in obd1 so thats all taken care of...
i'm just curious what all is different inside... like strength of rods or quality of bearings, flow from head etc... not so much conserned with specs cause well i already know them
