Oh, ok....most LX didn't come with a sway bar, so if you want one you will have to change your control arms. I had to do this to install what I did to my LX, and it's a bitch to do. And it makes it pretty expensive. Also, a big front bar and no rear bar will make your car plow around corners like none other. Other than spring/shocks/tires, nothing can affect the handling of a car like a sway bar. A mistake here can make the car dangerous to drive. Most ppl with a big rear bar find this out the hard way when their car spins *** end first into parked cars Some ppl just don't listen

Yup. The stock control arms are cast iron or something...there are no holes for the bar to hook up to. So to get a bar in there, you have to switch to integra or Si front control arms which are stamped steel, and then the bar should bolt up. Can't drill holes in cast stuff, cause the drilling of the hole will cause stress fractures and your suspension will collapse. Cast iron is strong, but very very brittle when provoked.

Matt, I was gonna tell ya, "be careful putting all this stuff on your car, cuz if you plan to auto-x it'll knock you into a higher class" but it really doesn't matter cuz your engine swap will screw you anyway, might as well go all out!

You'll be in BSP ("B" Street Prepared) or maybe even BMod as soon as you swap your motor, I looked into this extensively cuz my thinking was if I swap in a motor that came in my car (d16) I'd be ok but nope, I might as well swap in a H22 or B18 cuz a swap is a swap. The shitty thing is that if you bought a car with a D16 VTEC (Si or EX-V Sedan) you'd be ok.

kinda goes by the honour system, they ask for a mod list, but they do have guys go over the car sometimes too, if he's not a Honda guy you might be ok, but I'm sure some guys can recognize a vtec motor. Lowering springs and strut bars put you up into at least BSS ("B" Super Stock) anyway, this is the class I'm in. Most clubs have different classes anyway, I know PITL (Hershey Ctr) does it a little differently.
