Leaky rad connection in B18/92 civic, advice?

My B18/92 hybrid still leaks at the top rad hose connection to the radiator. I know the civic rads are smaller than integra rads... so I put a hose clamp on it and tightened it carefully. I've been progressively tightening it more and more with time, and its still drips, albeit less, but still a tiny bit.

Any tips? Will a civic rad hose fit onto the B18B nice and snugly?

I remember from my swap the civic hose wouldn't fit on my b18b, i had to buy a teg hose from acura.

i've got the same problem, and i've seen many other B18B guys running stock sized rads with this problem ...it's nothing serious but i think i'm gonna try and put on a second hose clamp.

I have that problem too. I put the second hose clamp on and I now get less fluid leak, but I still leaks (maybe 1/2L per month). Maybe time to find a proper rad.
