Thumbs down this isn't good :(

Well i received the new hanger bearing as promised from the shop who did my b16 swap. They actually gave me the whole intermediate shaft...which is ok by me. BUT!!!! Look at this.

So yeah....after almost 3 months of waiting for the part i get this?!
What should i do? I can't use this to replace the walking hanger bearing.
Oh yeah....are there any side effects of a loud hanger bearing that moves from side to side as it rotates? Will it mess anything else up?

It's only a dust shield. Bend it back, but make sure it doesn't damage the seal
