insight into e-test results?

insight into e-test results?

i got my car e-tested today, these were the results (2000 sir)
ASM 2525 test
HC ppm Limit:75 reading 15
CO% Limit: .042 reading .03

Curb Idle Test
HC ppm Limit 150 reading 14
CO% Limit .70 reading .06

any insight?
are these #s normal?

i had almost the same thing, you should be fine, at least I was
