GM Syncromesh Transmission Fluid-Friction Modified #12377916. Most dealerships don't carry it, so you'll probably have to order it. But, the GM dealership in Caledonia has 1 case of it I'm told. There is many pages of good comments about the stuff on honda-tech. It contains some kind of additives that smooth shifts, and lessen grinds. It's kinda pricey they told me, at around $18 a bottle.
